Premium Leather Cuffs w/ Locking Buckle

Made of high-quality black leather and lined with soft garment leather, these wrist or ankle cuffs are attractive, comfortable, and highly functional. Each cuff features a 1¼" Triangle/O-Ring, and a Locking Roller Buckle which accepts a padlock, but does not need one to stay closed. They are 2" wide and adjustable. Each size sold as a pair.
